We take payment through Fena, a UK Pay-by-Bank provider. Rather than entering card details, you pay directly from your bank account using your own banking app.

How it works

1. Choose Pay by Bank at checkout and select your bank from the list.
2. You are taken to your own bank’s app or website, the same one you already use.
3. Log in as normal and approve the payment. The amount and recipient are already filled in, so there is nothing to type.
4. You are returned to our site and your order is confirmed straight away.

It usually takes less than a minute.

Why it is secure

Fena is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and operates through open banking, the UK’s regulated bank-to-bank payment framework.

The payment is approved inside your own banking app, protected by your usual login, Face ID or fingerprint. We never see or store your card number, account details or banking password, and no card data passes through our website at all. Because your bank authorises the payment directly, there are no card details anywhere that could be intercepted or stolen.

Why we do not take cards

Card payments add processing fees that get built into prices, and they route your details through several parties. Paying directly from your bank keeps that chain short and helps us keep our prices lower.

If anything goes wrong with a payment, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.

A Certificate of Analysis is an independent laboratory report confirming exactly what a product is and how pure it is. Every batch we stock is tested by a third-party lab before it goes on sale, and the COA is available upon request.

Testing covers two things

• HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) measures purity. It separates the sample into its individual components so any impurities show up and can be measured. This is what produces the purity percentage.
• MS (Mass Spectrometry) confirms identity. It measures the molecular weight of the compound and checks it matches the expected structure, verifying the product is what the label says it is.

Our products test at ≥99.1% purity. Each certificate carries a batch number, so you can match the report directly to the batch you receive rather than relying on a generic sample report.

Products are held in controlled, temperature-appropriate conditions, and each batch is tested before it is made available so you receive current, quality-checked stock.

On arrival, storage requirements are shown on the product page and included with your order. Some products need refrigerated or frozen storage, so please have somewhere suitable ready and store them promptly. We cannot be responsible for products stored incorrectly after delivery.

We ship to UK addresses only, by tracked delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery is usually 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. Orders are packed securely and discreetly, and you will get an email when your order is placed and again when it is dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days under your right to cancel. For integrity reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up proteins. They are produced synthetically in a laboratory and are used widely in scientific research, laboratory testing and analytical work.

The products we supply are research chemicals, sold for research use only.

On that basis they are legal to buy and sell in the UK. The distinction in UK law is how a product is supplied and presented, not the compound itself. Supplied as a laboratory research chemical, a peptide is a lawful product. Supplied or marketed for human use, it would be treated as an unlicensed medicine, which is why we make no claims about effects in the body and describe no use beyond research.
